University Announces Concert Schedule

Alamogordo – The music department of the New Mexico State University– Alamogordo branch (NMSU-A) has announced its holiday concert schedule. All concerts begin at 7:30 pm at Rohovec Theatre on the NMSU-A campus. For more information, call 505-439-3816.<img src=http://sonewmex.com/images/rohovec_theater.gif border=1 align=right>
Sat., Dec. 9 – Winter Sing, featuring the NMSU-A Concert Choir, the campus chorus and the Chaparral Middle School Honor Choir singing holiday favorite.
Mon., Dec. 11 – NMSU-A University Singers in a concert of seasonal music led by Director Lois Fisk with solos, ensembles and quartets.
Monday, Dec. 18 – NMSU-A Jazz Band in a concert featuring a variety of jazz, swing and Christmas music; directed by Jan King. Cost is $4/adults; $3/Sr. and students or $10 for a family.
